Hi, I'm CLAUDIA

I know what it’s like to feel inflamed, bloated, and disconnected from your body. For years, I dealt with digestive issues, low energy, and chronic pain that no amount of “clean eating” seemed to fix.

 

That frustration led me to dig deep, heal from the inside out, and completely transform how I support my body—especially through the hormone shifts of midlife.

Now, I help women in midlife do the same. Through a personalized, holistic approach, I guide you in balancing hormones, boosting metabolism, and achieving sustainable weight loss—without restrictive diets or burnout.

 

My methods combine science-backed nutrition, realistic fitness, and mindset tools to help you build a lifestyle that feels good and actually works.
