How long the weight loss program is?The minimum commitment is 3 months, however, most of our clients work with us for a total of 9-12 months on average to experience a full body transformation

How does the Weight Loss program work?We customize your program from top to bottom! No two client programs are the same and we meet every client where they are at to reach their goals. Our goal for all our clients is that you never need us or any other program ever again. Fill in the "New Client Application" and I will provide you with your unique weight loss strategy. FREE of charge!

How much weight can I expect to lose?That depends on you prior dieting history, state of metabolism and overall weight loss goals. Typically our clients experience 5-10lbs weight loss in the first 90 days (and never regain the weight back!)

Can I continue after 120 days?Of course, if you want to tackle other items we have different options for continuity programs that will be prescribed based on your long-term goals.

Do I have to exercise?The simple answer is NO. Weight Loss happens in the kitchen not in the gym, however exercising will speed up the process and it is extremely important for your health. I have clients who never put their foot in the gym, and lost weight with this program. I "prescribe" walking as mandatory and build a fitness program for you to follow as you wish. Everything else is on you. Your choice! I coach you on the right approach to master your nutrition and physical activity so you can take that and apply it your entire life!
