I know what it’s like to feel inflamed, bloated, and disconnected from your body. For years, I dealt with digestive issues, low energy, and chronic pain that no amount of “clean eating” seemed to fix.
That frustration led me to dig deep, heal from the inside out, and completely transform how I support my body—especially through the hormone shifts of midlife.
Now, I help women in midlife do the same. Through a personalized, holistic approach, I guide you in balancing hormones, boosting metabolism, and achieving sustainable weight loss—without restrictive diets or burnout.

The 6-Week Group Program: A 6-week program focused on sustainable habits to nourish your body, balance hormones, and boost metabolism. You can choose to continue monthly for ongoing support and progress. My Signature - Thrive in Midlife Wellness Program: The minimum commitment is 1 month, but most clients work with us for 6-12 months to experience a full transformation in health, energy, and balance. If you want a shorter commitment, start with the 7-Day Hormone Balance Jumpstart. We Customize Your Plan: Every client’s needs are unique. Through a personalized assessment, we create a tailored plan that focuses on nourishing your body, balancing your hormones, and boosting your energy. My goal is to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and habits to maintain long-term wellness—feeling vibrant, balanced, and confident, without the need for ongoing programs or quick fixes.

How much weight can I expect to lose?That depends on you prior dieting history, state of metabolism and overall weight loss goals. Typically our clients experience 5-10lbs weight loss in the first 90 days (and never regain the weight back!)

Do I have to exercise?The simple answer is NO. Weight Loss happens in the kitchen not in the gym, however exercising will speed up the process and it is extremely important for your health. I have clients who never put their foot in the gym, and lost weight with this program. I "prescribe" walking as mandatory and build a fitness program for you to follow as you wish. Everything else is on you. Your choice! I coach you on the right approach to master your nutrition and physical activity so you can take that and apply it your entire life!

How much time will I need to commit each week?Most clients spend about 1-2 hours a week meal planning and prepping, plus time for exercise or movement that fits their schedule.
