I provide my clients with a comprehensive & personalized approach to help them achieve optimal health. I am committed to empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable changes and improve their overall health and well-being. I offer Nutrition 101 group coaching as well.

Fitness Coaching

The physical activity part of my program include mobility development, mindfulness exercises and pre-designed  resistance training workouts. Although it might not be mandatory to achieve your goals, it is strongly recommended. We will work together to build up a sustainable movement plan that fits your lifestyle and abilities.
