Ingredients:
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk š„
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt š„
1 tbsp chia seeds š±
1/2 tsp ground cardamom āØ
1 tsp honey (optional) šÆ
Ice cubes (optional) āļø
Instructions:
Combine mango chunks, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, ground cardamom, and honey (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker lassi.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. š¹š
