Refreshing Mango Lassi

šŸ¹This summer drink is absolutely delicious! šŸ˜‹Ā It is high in protein & fibre and ready in no timešŸŒ±Ā Give it a try and let me know your thoughts. šŸ™Œ




Ingredients:

1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk šŸ„›

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt šŸ„„

1 tbsp chia seeds šŸŒ±

1/2 tsp ground cardamom āœØ

1 tsp honey (optional) šŸÆ

Ice cubes (optional) ā„ļø


Instructions:

Combine mango chunks, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, ground cardamom, and honey (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker lassi.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. šŸ¹šŸ’š
